Armada Township is accepting applications for a staff assistant. $16.75 per hour. Monday thru Thursday, 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. Minimum qualifications: Graduation from high school, GED or equivalent, knowledge of Microsoft Word and Microsoft Excel, ability to learn new skills, ability to work with the public. Macomb County Free Career Training

Macomb Community Action, in partnership with Macomb County Planning and Economic Development, the Michigan Economic Development Corporation, Michigan Works! and Macomb Community College, is offering free career training in specific fields to income eligible residents of Macomb County that have experienced a financial hardship related to COVID-19.  Thanks to funds provided by the MEDC, this program is available to all Macomb County residents.
