The Zoning Board of Appeals (ZBA) hears and makes decisions on questions that arise in the administration of the zoning ordinance, including the interpretation of the zoning maps. It hears and makes decsions on appeals from and reviews any order, requirement, decision, or determination made by an administrative official or body charged with enforcement of a zoning ordinance. It also decides variance and special land use requests. It meets when needed.
